Cabinet Specifications
1.
Front Frames are
3/4" x 1-½" solid wood rails and stiles; joined with mortise and
tenon construction, glued and pinned.
2.
Side Panels are
½" plywood with matching wood veneer onexposed finished end
3. Back Panels are ¼" plywood
4.
Tops, Bottoms, & Floors
are ½" plywood dadoed into cabinet ends and face frames.
5.
Partial Sub Tops on all base cabinets are ½"
veneer core plywood adding to rigidity of construction and insuring
squareness of cabinet.
6.
Doors & Drawer Fronts are
solid Conestoga wood doors and drawers.
Option: White thermofoil doors and flat panel doors.
7.
Drawer Bobes
are plywood.
Option: ½" solid wood with finger dovetailed 4 sides.
8.
Drawer Bottoms
are ¼" veneer
core plywood.
9.
Drawer Guides
are four track epoxy covered metal 100lb test slide.
Option: Accuride full extension glides, Blum solo undermount
glides, or Blum Tandem undermount glides, Blum Tandem Full Extension.
10.
Shelves
are ¾" no-sag
particle core with wood veneer both faces and front edge.
Option: plywood shelves.
11.
Hinges
are 110º European on ¼" overlay.
Option: self-closing knife hinges, Full overlay hinges, or
Inset doors.
12.
Shelf Standards
are showcase-type metal pilasters, adjustable every ½".
13.
Toe Space
on all base cabinets is 3" deep by 4" high.
14.
Cabinets Finished
in wide selection of hand-wiped oil stains. Interiors and exterior
are protected with a conversion varnish. Open shelf and glass door
cabinets have matching stained interiors standard.
